Job description
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital products and marketing touchpoints
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams
- Contribute to UX strategy and ensure a consistent user experience across platforms
- Apply design thinking to solve user and business problems
- Ensure designs are optimized for engagement, conversion, and usability
Job requirement
- 3–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (web and/or mobile)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to lead and execute UI/UX projects
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and marketing funnels
- Experience working with internal teams to align business goals and user needs
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
